Trading and membership terms at Bon Petit
Bon Petit is an online platform that offers excellent discounts to its members on family and children’s related products. To become a member of Bon Petit, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older during your first purchase.
The platform is exclusively for individual members and costs €38 (298 SEK, 168 DKK, 198 NOK, or $38 USD) per month. Your membership will automatically renew each month unless you choose to cancel it.
You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account at bonpetit.se and selecting “Cancel Membership” under “My Account”. Please note that you can only cancel your membership 48 hours after creation. Once your cancellation request has been received, you will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact our customer service email to confirm cancellation.
It is also possible to shop without a membership, but you will have to pay regular prices. We recommend that you create a membership to receive discounted prices and additional benefits.
How to shop at Bon Petit
At Bon Petit you have two ways to buy. If you want to become a member and get access to special offers and savings. By choosing the member price, a membership will automatically be created for you, as stated on the website. You will be asked to choose a membership and pay the membership price at checkout.
On the other hand, if you prefer to shop at regular prices without a membership, you can proceed to the guest checkout and purchase your items at regular price. Please note that you cannot add a membership through this method. Making a purchase at regular price does not give you access to the benefits of being a member.
After you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please note that we do not send an email when your order is shipped. Instead, you will receive a message from GLS or PostNord when your package is ready for pickup or delivery.

Ordering specific products
You can order goods exclusively through our online universe at Bon Petit. If you have any questions regarding specific brands or items that are currently not available on our platform, please contact us by email at hej@bonpetit.se. We will do our best to answer all your requests.
Canceling an order
If you wish to cancel an order after you have made a purchase, please contact our customer service directly by telephone and provide your order number along with the details of the parts you wish to cancel. Please note that an order can only be cancelled if our warehouse has not yet started processing it.
Quantity restrictions at Bon Petit
When shopping at Bon Petit, there are quantity limits for all products. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the maximum purchase limit for all products is three identical items per order. This is to prevent further sales and ensure that all customers can benefit from the competitive prices of our products.
Due to technical limitations, our online system cannot automatically enforce this limit. Therefore, we have included this information in our terms and conditions and we will inform you by email if you have purchased more than the three item limit.
If you have accidentally ordered more than three identical items, our team will adjust your order accordingly and issue a refund for the excess amount within a few business days.

Bon Petit product prices
When you shop at Bon Petit, each product displays two types of prices: a regular price and a member price. Member prices are offered exclusively to all Bon Petit members and can save you up to 100% as we offer several free products to our members. On average, our products offer a savings of 45% on all item numbers.
The regular prices shown are for customers who choose not to sign up for a membership. The regular price does not provide the same high level of savings. While the regular price may be the recommended retail price in other stores or online stores, this is not always the case.
A badge will appear at the top of each product with the percentage saved. This saving is calculated by comparing the regular price to the member price.

Free products at Bon Petit
Bon Petit members are eligible to choose one free item per order. Only members receive these items for free, otherwise regular price applies. Please note that only one free item is allowed per order placed with Bon Petit. If more than one item is selected, our warehouse will simply choose one item to ship with the order.
Payments at Bon Petit
Stripe payment is the only payment method available at Bon Petit. Customers can pay with Visa Dankort, Visa, Visa electron and Mastercard. To simplify the payment process, all payment and card fees are included in the price that Bon Petit stands for. Membership and product payments are only accepted via debit card. The amount will only be debited when Bon Petit ships the products or initiates the membership.
All prices at Bon Petit include VAT and are calculated on a daily basis. Please note that the prices listed are daily prices.
Shipping and delivery policy
We strive to deliver your package as quickly as possible and in many cases the estimated delivery times may be shorter than stated. As a member, you can enjoy faster delivery times. When purchasing products at member prices, you can expect faster delivery than when purchasing at regular prices. Member orders are always packed first, which results in faster delivery times.
Orders placed with Bon Petit are shipped via your chosen shipping carrier and delivered directly to your address (shared private delivery) or a parcel shop of your choice (without distribution). Members can expect delivery times of 2-4 business days for in-stock items. Items not in stock can take up to 14 business days to arrive, but we aim to deliver these items even faster. Remote warehouse orders for members will be packed before regular price orders. If you place an order at regular price, the expected delivery time is 25-30 business days.
You can check the product’s stock status and see it on your order confirmation. If the product is out of stock, this will be indicated next to the product on the right side of your order confirmation. Members receive free shipping on their first order, with subsequent orders charged 39 SEK. Non-members are charged a shipping fee of 59 SEK in Sweden, 39 DKK in Denmark, 59 NOK in Norway, and 4 EUR in France, the UK, Germany, Finland, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands when purchasing at normal prices. Right of withdrawal and return
Bon Petit allows a 14-day period to cancel an order and return goods. This period begins on the day you receive the goods. To cancel and return an item, please notify us within 14 days by email at hej@bonpetit.se.
We will respond within 48 hours on weekdays and ask you to include your order number and a description of the items you wish to return.
Please note that you cannot cancel a purchase by simply refusing to accept the item, unless you have arranged this with us via email. If the item is sealed, you cannot cancel or return it if the seal has been broken after delivery, or if the label has been removed or damaged.
It is important to note that the 14-day right of withdrawal only applies to physical products. Since digital products, including access to memberships, are available immediately, there is no right of withdrawal for these goods.
Product return
If you wish to exercise your 14-day right to cancel a physical product, you must return it to us immediately and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your decision to cancel. You are responsible for paying any costs associated with returning the item. It is important to pack the product properly for return as you are responsible for ensuring that it is returned safely and that it can be tracked if the package is lost. Condition of the item upon return
According to Danish law, you are only liable for any diminution in the value of the product caused by handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. Specifically, you can try the product in the same way as you would in a physical store. If you have used the product beyond what is necessary, we consider it to be used. In this case, if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the commercial value of the product. The value of the product is determined by Bon Petit based on its condition.
For wellness products, the original packaging can be a crucial part of the product’s value, as damage to the packaging can make it impossible to resell the product. Therefore, we encourage you to return the item with undamaged packaging.
Refund on returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, we will refund the amount paid. However, if there is any decrease in the value of the item due to your handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product, we will deduct that amount from your refund. This is in accordance with our policy at Bon Petit.
To initiate the refund process, please email us at hej@bonpetit.se to inform us of your decision within 14 days of receiving the product. Please note that refusal to receive the package is not considered a valid return.
Once you have informed us of your decision to cancel the purchase, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by Bon Petit), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your notification. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original purchase. However, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back, or until you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.

Right of appeal
Bon Petit offers a 24-month right of complaint from the date of delivery. In addition, for products with a limited lifespan, the right to complain is also limited.
When should I report a problem?
If you find any fault or defect in a product purchased from Bon Petit, it is important to inform us as soon as possible or within a reasonable time frame after you discover the problem. Refund of shipping costs
If you want to report a defect in a product, you may need to send it to us by arrangement.
Please provide a detailed description of the problem with the product and attach pictures of any damage or defects when you return it. If your complaint is valid, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs.
Please note that we cannot accept parcels sent by cash on delivery or similar methods. It is important to ensure that the item is properly packaged and that you receive proof of delivery in order to claim a refund for your shipping costs and track your parcel.
Your chosen shipping company must be able to track the package if it gets lost.
Use of gift cards or discount codes
If you have purchased a gift card, it can be redeemed in store. This also applies to discount codes from campaigns or similar campaigns.
